Access level

Today, there are various digital services that require the right level of trust, access level. There are two ways to raise your access level, using BankID or Freja eID+ via Mina inställningar (My Settings tool) or by visiting ITS Servicedesk.

Option 1: Via Mina inställningar

  1. Go to Mina inställningar, and log in.
  2. Select Access Level in the top menu. Your current access level is shown and if your access level is 1, you have the option to raise it to 2 using BankID or Freja eID+.


Option 2: Via a visit at Servicedesk

If you do not have BankID or Freja eID+ you can contact Servicedesk to schedule a visit where you can show your ID and have your access level raised,
