Can I set up a voicemail?
Yes, you do this under “Settings” in Teams, then “Calls” and “Configurate voicemail”.
Can I use referral codes?
Referral codes are not available in Teams, but you can set up, in Teams, what you want to happen when you are away. For example, you can set up where you want your calls to be connected when your status is “offline” or “do not disturb”. By default, you are connected to voicemail.
Can I set up a status message in Teams?
Status and status messages you set up by going to your profile in Teams, in the upper right corner.
You can choose between:
- Available
- Busy
- Do not disturb
- Be right back
- Appear away
- Appear offline
You can also set up your own status message. It is a free text field where you can enter up to 280 characters. You can say that the status message in Teams is equivalent to Skype’s “Set location”.
Can I see missed calls?
Yes. Incoming, outgoing and missed calls is showing under “Calls” in Teams.
Can I forward calls?
Yes, you can forward calls to your voicemail, a new number or contact or a call group. You can do that in the call settings in Teams.
