As a student you need to confirm your group study room bookning no sooner than 30 minutes before and no later than 15 minutes after the start of the booked slot. Unconfirmed bookings will automatically be removed.

To confirm the bookning visit either the page My group study room booknings or the bookning page Book group study room in TimeEdit.

My group study room bookings

On this page all your group study room booknings are listed, including booknings made in Mazemap. Under the column Confirmed you can see when the bookning can be confirmed. If a bookning is ready to be confirmed the button Confirm is shown instead. Klick the button to confirm.

Book group study rooms

If a bookning is made in TimeEdit you can also confirm in on the page where you made the bookning. If there is a bookning ready to be confirmed it is shown at the top of the page. Klick the button to confirm.
