If you have lost your mobile device, you can receive a one-time password using BankID and reset your Microsoft authenticator multi-factor authentication.

1. Visit My Settings
2. Click on I want to reset my Microsoft MFA
   
3. Click on With BankID
   
4. Choose what device to use and follow the instructions
5. Copy the one time password and follow the guide on how to reset your MFA with one time password
