Create a form or quiz in Forms

In this manual we decribe how to create a form or quiz in Forms. 

  1. Open your browser, go to www.m365.umu.se and sign in with your Umu-id.
  2. Select Forms in the menu to the left.

  3. Select New quiz to create a quiz.

  4. Or select the arrow and then New form to create a form.

  5. A new window will open. Select Untitled form to change the title of the form. If you create a quiz, it will say Untitled quiz instead.
